You make the introduction. When a business owner in your network is considering a transaction — selling, raising capital, or planning an exit — you connect them with Icon. That’s it. No selling, no deal work, no compliance headaches.

We do the heavy lifting. Icon manages the entire advisory engagement — from valuation through close. Your client gets PE-grade execution from people who’ve been in their shoes.

You earn a referral fee. When the engagement results in a closed transaction, you receive a referral fee. The specifics are outlined in our Referral Partner Agreement and depend on the engagement type.

Your client gets better advice. Most business owners in the $3M–$50M range are underserved. Business brokers lack sophistication. Investment banks won’t return their calls. Icon fills that gap — and your client will thank you for the introduction.
