We bring the execution. Icon handles the heavy lifting: financial analysis, CIM preparation, buyer outreach, deal management, negotiation support, and closing coordination. Our process is built for the $3M–$50M revenue range and designed to maximize seller outcomes.

We share the fee. Co-brokerage splits are negotiated deal by deal based on the scope of each party’s contribution. We’re transparent about economics from day one — no surprises, no games.
