Will my employees find out I am selling?

What does Icon charge for sell-side advisory?
Icon charges a success fee based on deal value, typically 4-6% for lower middle market transactions. Many deal structures allow the buyer to cover advisory fees. We do not charge upfront retainers for standard sell-side engagements.

What happens if the deal falls through?
